Status of your order

If the status of your order has changed to shipped, you will automatically receive an email from DPD about the delivery in your mailbox in the evening. Also check your spam box! It also often happens that a customer makes a typo in the email address, for example .con instead of .com.

Because the system is fully automated, the confirmation email and track trace are sent to a non-existent email address.

Can not you find something?

If you are looking for something that is not in the webshop, this does not mean that we cannot deliver it, please contact us by email or telephone. And we will make you a competitive quotation.

What to do if your shipment is lost

Is your shipment lost at DPD? Every shipment is automatically insured up to €520, after completing the DPD documents, we will resend your shipment free of charge.

Information about returns

Returns are always at the buyer's risk. This means that China Scooter Parts is not liable for damage and/or loss of returned items. So ask at the post office always for proof of shipping! Please note: keep this until the refund of your returned items has been correctly processed. This is your proof of return. The return costs if you have ordered something wrong for the customer.
