Cooling control
1. You may return your order in whole or in part without giving a reason up to 14 days after receiving it, the so-called cooling-off scheme for distance purchasing. After we have received the product, you will receive the full purchase amount within ten working days to the bank account or credit card you used for the purchase.
Your return can only be accepted if the products are complete, undamaged, unused (not been mounted) and received by us in the original packaging. All postage costs are your responsibility. See the article at home shopping guarantee to avoid misunderstandings.
2. Returns are always at the buyer's risk. This means that ChinaScooterOnderdelen is not liable for damage and/or loss of returned items. So ask at the post office always for proof of shipping! Please note: keep this until the refund of your returned items has been correctly processed. This is your proof of return.
3. When returning a product, Always include the packing slip, invoice or returns form. It is very useful for us if we know who returned the shipment. In case of an incorrectly ordered product, the return costs at buyer's expense. The shipment can be returned to the address on the packing slip, please write the reason for return on the packing slip.

Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that means you can make a claim under the warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
