Article 1. Applicability:
1.0 The general terms and conditions apply to all products that you find on the China Scooter Parts website.
1.1 It is possible to deviate from the general terms and conditions, this must be recorded by China Scooter Parts by email.
1.2 When placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions of China Scooter Parts.
1.3 China Scooter Parts is not liable for any price changes and typographical errors in the system. China Scooter Parts does not guarantee the delivery of products that are sold out.
Article 2. The agreement:
2.0 An agreement with China Scooter Parts is concluded when an order confirmation is sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer. It is not important whether the order was placed via the website or by telephone.
2.1 The customer can cancel his order within 36 hours of the placement date by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
2.2 Exchanging a product after cash or bank payment is possible as long as the product is undamaged or unused. It is possible to return within fourteen days of the invoice date without giving a reason (Distance Selling Act).
Article 3. Products, offers, prices:
3.0 All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs.
3.1 Products are available while stocks last.
3.2 Products remain the property of China Scooter Parts until receipt of payment.
3.3 All our products are delivered under retention of title.
Article 4. Payments:
4.0 Orders via the website can be paid in the following manner

.· Collect yourself against cash payment.

4.1 Shipping costs are borne by the customer, these depend on the item you order.
Article 5. Delivery time and deliveries:
5.0 Orders are delivered as quickly as possible. China Scooter Parts strives to deliver your order within 48 hours (on working days).
5.1 As soon as the products to be delivered have been collected, the transport risk passes to the customer.
Article 6. Return shipment:
6.0 If you receive an incorrect size/item from China Scooter Parts, you must report this to us on the day of receipt. You can return or exchange this item (by post) or visit us yourself. China Scooter Parts will reimburse the shipping costs in this case.
6.1 If you have ordered an incorrect item, it is possible to exchange it (unused, unassembled and undamaged) within 14 days without notice. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6.3 If your part is defective, you must return it to Chinascooterparts.nl, the return costs are for the China Scooter Parts, the shipping of the new part to the customer is also for Chinascooterparts.nl
6.4 You may return your order in whole or in part without giving a reason up to 14 days after receiving it, the so-called cooling-off scheme for distance purchasing. After we have received the product, you will receive the full purchase amount within ten working days to the bank account or credit card you used for the purchase.
6.5 Your return shipment can only be accepted if the products are complete, undamaged, unused (not been mounted) and received by us in the original packaging. All postage costs are your responsibility. See the article at home shopping guarantee to avoid misunderstandings.
6.6. Returns are always at the buyer's risk. This means that ChinaScooterOnderdelen is not liable for damage and/or loss of returned items. So ask at the post office always for proof of shipping! Please note: keep this until the refund of your returned items has been correctly processed. This is your proof of return.
6.7. When returning a product, Always include the packing slip, invoice or returns form. It is very useful for us if we know who returned the shipment. In case of an incorrectly ordered product, the return costs at buyer's expense. The shipment can be returned to the address on the packing slip, please write the reason for return on the packing slip. If you have lost the return form, you can print it out on the page below.
6.8. If we send an incorrect or defective product, the shipping costs are for ChinaScooterOnderdelen.nl
Recreating campsite experiences We will then send you a return stamp via email from DPD, so that you can return it free of charge.

Article 7. Liability, Warranty and Repair:
7.1 China Scooter Parts guarantees that the parts and accessories are delivered undamaged and function properly. However, if this is not the case, you must report this within 48 hours by email or telephone. Of course you can exchange this product free of charge.
7.2 China Scooter Parts is in no way liable for compensation (in any form) to the customer.
7.3 The use of some of our products is entirely at your own risk and is NOT permitted on public roads. Products with an EEC quality mark excluded.
7.4 When the vehicle or part is sold, the warranty expires. We only provide a warranty to customers who purchased the product directly from China Scooter Parts.
Article 8. Copyright:
8.1 The photos and videos on the website are protected and subject to copyright. The use of these photos and videos for your own or other purposes is therefore prohibited and punishable.
